I know nothing about iodine but Trap does. If you go to the ask trapper forum he could guide you better there. I do think flushing is the key. This guy was doing flushes with egg yolks every morning. 1/2 cup of egg yolks, yuk. The problem I have is he says to lie down for two hours and I just don't have the time.
