I've never heard of bad effects from Iodine mobilizing HM's. I make sure I get at least 3 grams of kalium in me daily, one way or another. Its probably part of why my bp is 97/70 @ age 50, although I've avoided polyunsaturated oils for being the arterial plague they are for well over a decade and also put into practice reversal techniques for cleaning the plumbing. I always drink a big ole glass of purified h20 at bedtime, to let the body do what it wants re re-balance, plus, it also acts as a fail-safe alarm clock.
