I posted the letter so that others can see how the banksters use the color of law to try to coerce the people into providing their 'tracking' (ssn) numbers.

I would think that the legal department would see that this rebuttal letter stands firmly within the verbiage of the lawful regulations. And, if an IRS W-9 form were actually sent to the IRS, it could mean a possible lawsuit for failing to provide due process of the law for their part of misrepresentation of an individual.

There is no problem as long as they hold the information to be viewed by the Secretary of the Treasury, which is what they say they will do. Its another matter if they send that W-9 form to be filed with the IRS.
