Hey guys,

For the past 12 days I've been doing Andreas Kidney tea and taking Chanca piedra 3X a day. For the past 5 days I've been eating 6-8 organic apples per day and taking 60 drops of phosfood per day. Also I've been eating completely raw vegan for about a week with next to no fat over the last 2 days.

Yesterday I did my first liver flush. At 2pm I had my last meal and then I got a colonic from 3-4pm. I came home and at 8pm I took 1tbl of Epsom Salt in 3/4 cup of water. At 10pm I drank 2/3 cup of grapefruit juice mixed with 1/2 cup of olive oil in about 10 seconds standing up. I immediately went to lie down on my bed with my head propped up on 2 pillows. I fell asleep by 10:20pm. It's now 7AM and I just took another tbl of Epsom Salt with 3/4 cup of water but I still haven't had one bowel movement. My stomach feels fine and yesterday after the olive oil and grapefruit drink I didn't feel anything. No discomfort, no liver moving nothing. Does this make any sense? Should I drink another Olive oil and grapefruit mixture?
