Hello folks,

Is the yellowish liquid portion of Kefir “piss” of the microorganism? I heard one doctor saying that the liquid portion is made of the metabolic waste. So I discarded it before I ate my freshly made Kefir. I felt better than eating with it. Indeed, the liquid tastes salty. What do you think about? Speak your mind freely.
