I am one of those people who was wasting away and eating 5000 calories a day. Couldn't get out of bed. Your office said rice milk. Now, I eat LOADS of fat, and am fully functional after two months. I get poopy fertile eggs right off the farm, and eat them raw with cream and raw milk.

I am allergic to pasteurized milk...

I am one of those skinny's with high insulin. Lower carb was still the answer.
