I have checked my basal body temperature and it was very low. I can’t remember exactly because it was a few months back. Which is why I bought your Thyroid Tonic. I will check my blood sugar and see about pre diabetes or diabetes.

My diet is healthy and on target, a variety which I consume about 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. I don’t consume artificial sweeteners at all, my body doesn’t tolerate them well at all.
What is your activity level like?
I hike in the mountains an hour a day, when I walk my dogs. I would say I get a pretty good workout.

Is this fat weight or water weight you are gaining?
I believe its fat that I’m gaining because I have a great deal of new stretch marks on my thighs, hips and breast.
