Please explain to me how butter can cause obesity issues? How does that work exactly? The only way to store fat is with insulin, and dietary fat does not stimulate insulin.

And as far as heart disease is concerned, dietary fat (saturated especially) has nothing to do with it except that people don't eat enough. Saturated fat insulates nerve cells, and is a part of bone structure, blah blah blah.

To top it all off, it is the type of fat implicated with heart disease. PUFA's to be exact comprise over 70 percent of blockages.

Exessive carbs stimulate exxessive insulin which stimulates exessive adrenalin. This is because exessive insulin drops blood sugar and therefore hypoglycemia. And from there, insulin resistance. The right kinds of healthy dietary fats do not overstimulate anything. If anything, they slow it down! Dietary fats slow the uptake of carbs and slow the release of insulin, thereby regulating blood sugar, and supporting the adrenals.

It is a one size fits all despite what you say. Sure, depending on activity level, one person may require a few more carbs here and there, but dietary fat is essential TO EVERYBODY!

I don't know, but it sounds like to me that you are relying on the standard AMA reccomendations for dietary habits, which have us all messed up. Complex carbs, carbs, fruit, whatever. It's all sugar in the end, and it all stimulates insulin.

Anyone with AF invariably has either too high or too low insulin depending on what their dietary habits were prior to becoming ill. And I could gurantee that most AMericans, it's hyperinsulinemia.

Please explain, as I am frustrated, how does dietary saturated fat and cholesterol 'cause' or exacerbate any of the conditions you listed. Because what evidence shows is that it is the opposite of what you are saying. Forget research studies promoted by the AMA. It's a money trail back to big pharma and big agra. What does the real evidence show? WE EAT TOO MANY CARBS IN THIS COUNTRY And for that we suffer with degenerative diseases.

You are right about balance, I will give you that, but the fact is no one really knows what balance is, and the rice milk idea promoted by your office is not balance. That is straight up SUGAR. Hello insulin TIDAL WAVE!
