Hi, I am new to the therapy and am planning on starting it next week. Just wondering if anyone has any pointers or suggestions. I am having arrowhead deliver distilled water, but am worried that I'm gonna go through a lot more than we can really afford. With the supplements needed and the organic fruits and vegetables I am concerned it is going to make a huge financial difficulty for us.

Does anyone have any money saving or time saving ideas for this therapy. I also have a 3 year old I have to chase after all day and I am hoping I can juggle it all.

Any and all suggestions would be gratefully welcome.
