Hi,
Well,no big difference compared to yesterday.I did not have any detox symptoms.But then the clothes are becoming larger.I am noticing that especially in waist region.But my abdomen is not supporting it fully,though it seems to be slowly reducing.I have a weight target in mind, hope i could reach it in time.But i would not weight myself till a time comes.But i still want to carry on well and win it in style.
