yes... cooking and fermentation are two different things... as is Genetically-Modified soy...

And then most of us here should be very aware of all the Genetically-Modified pollution going on.

You can rest assured, whether we get Genetically-Modified salmon or not... GM contamination has already occurred in fish, especially farmed fish that are fed GM foods.

You forgot a few more *cides* as well, such as fungicides, avicides, rodenticides, etc. etc.

All of them have a skull and crossbones on the packages and are poisonous... why would we want these poisons sprayed on our food?

Far too often, people over think things... it is simple... no GM manipulation, and no poison on my food thank you.
