Hi Hv,

Incase you have the time can you please help me with this?

I just started seeing my Dr. again. She wants me to try Kapidex for 20 days. She had given them to me a few months back and I didn't take it. I have a small goiter with difficulty swallowing including an enlarged right tonsil with a pretty big sore that hasn't healed for about 8 months. I can't tolerate citrus fruits, mainly kiwis & pineapple, lemon/lime. My mouth/throat will get the way it feels after eating too much pineapple. Sometimes feels worse. It happens within about 3 minutes. I will test my throat once in a while to see if it has improved.

She says all of this including a hoarse voice (I had it quite bad in january & pain when talking) can be caused from excess acid that is coming back up the throat. By what I understand we can have it and not realize it. I need further diagnosis for something else and I feel that if I don't take the pills she will get dissapointed and may not want to dig deeper into my health issues. I remember hearing some negative things on them, can't recall what it was?

Is there a natural cure that you may know of for acid reflux?

I appreciate any info you can give me on this,
