The problem for me is that selenium rich foods are intolerable by my body at the moment.

I can't tolerate nuts because 1. I seem to ravenously eat them and can't stop and 2. they seem to aggravate my candida symptoms.

Broccoli causes SEVERE hypoglycemic reactions and intestinal symptoms when I eat it, so that's out too.

Right now supplements are all I have.
