Hi Dr. Lam,

I have been working with Dorine for about 6 months now for Adrenal Fatigue. I'm 30. Three months ago I started spotting in the middle of my cycle and my cycle lasted until day 40. The same thing happened the next month and I started Progesterone cream on day 36, a pea sized amount in the morning. I then added a pea sized amount at night on day 40 and got my period the next day.

I am now on the 28th day of my cycle, using progesterone since day 14. I have been loosing my hair since right around the time that I started the progesterone and am wondering if that could be the reason for my hairloss. Unfortunately I didn't write down the exact day that it started, but I'm sure that it was within a few days of my progesterone addition.

I've done searches online and can't find any info confirming that progesterone cream could cause hair loss.

If that is indeed the reason, then I would like to stop the progesterone. Can I just stop or do I need to wean myself off in a particular way?
