Final question: where can i get those herbs that you mentioned from?

Online or health food stores.  Pau d' arco is very common.  Chaparral and andrographis are going to be the more difficult ones to find.

And, is there any proof of their effectiveness? Because right now I am taking a lot of herbal supplements and I do not know if they are helping or not.

Yes, but the research is not easy to find.  Andrographis though has a lot of current research though so this will likely be the easiest to find information on.  Check Medilne.  You can find it by typing "Entrez PubMed" in to Google.
