The reason why your ears are bothering you is because the fungus causing your Chronic Sinusitis causes your sinuses to swell. This puts pressure on your eustachian tube coming out of your ear and prevents it from draining properly. When it does not drain you get pressure that hurts and bacteria can grow and give you an ear infection.
