Hi Nina,

I had your same reaction initially but what I found is that what EFT does for me is help me accept how I am now.

Abraham's teachings tell us to get out of the way - "get happy" and EFT does just that. It lets me appreciate how things are now so that I will be able to receive what's coming (healing or whatever).

If I don't appreciate that which I want to change, then I'm saying things like "my knee hurts" and LOA just brings me more of that. Make sense?
