I looked back to see that she's only on 12.5 mg Iodoral. With the breast pain returning, that suggests to me she ought to increase. If her body is now absorbing the iodine better, it's going other places than just her thyroid and breasts, and she probably needs the 50 mg to get things right. I'm thinking about the fullness she's feeling before she bleeds. Sounds like a bit of PMS, and since she's in her 40's she might be needing a little supplemental progesterone. Sometimes vit E (full spectrum) can also be useful for hormonal smoothing.
