I think gout can be helped with folic acid. Seems my husband had hi uric acid levels and the Dr. said add folic acid. He takes 5g a day. You can get it that strength from NEEDS Pharmacy out of Chicago somewhere----go on line. If you want to know what uric acid levels he had I can look it up. But he does not have gout. I guess he was headed there. His brothers have it already and are not into natural health so oh well.
