forgot to mention, naturally when i am laying down and all these burps come out from the stomach into the throat, i feel as if they cab barely come out, as if the whole path is inflamed or tight.. this is also accompanied by a dull pain around the area just below the rib cage and heart burn .. the pain and heart burn usually happen together. not being able to burp when laying down.. disturbs my sleep drastically that every time i have a cold i need to sleep in a sitting position or keep waking up to burp.. also it seems i burp much more when laying down than when standing.

maybe i swallow my saliva more due to the sore/burning throat, there is a chance that the more i swallowed the more burps i got, but i am not sure, it feels that even if i dont swallow i will still burp when experiencing a sore throat and laying down.

i also forgot to mention i have a runny nose.

i took emergenC before heading to bed as well..
i am drinking 1 lemon + water now.. good for the cold ? but s it good for the heart burn? donno..

thanks so much for ur feedback guys.. i am so excised to hear from you. i wanna deal with this asap i have work + school and exams..
