 Hey HV, my friend is looking to mix these adaptogens together and was wondering if you could help him with the ratios.

Licorice Root Powder  2 parts
Siberian Ginseng Powder  6 parts
Maca Root Powder  4 parts
Schizandra Berry Powder  3 parts
