Not getting stones is a bad thing? absolutely non-sensical way of looking at the issue. My diet is pretty terrible at the moment, so I'm getting "good quality" protein, whatever that means, and I'm getting out less stones than I ever was before when I was eating a vegan diet. I can understand when you havent actually got any ailments thinking the whole thing is rubbish but when you take in to account all the factors, they are definately stones.
