The plan is to not need ANY supps, only the minimum supps will help in the beginning then ONLY if needed.


As for DMSA and ALA you can play with that. I didn't believe it in the beginning either and kept dosing. However DMSA fell off quick to Zero then ALA didn't require 4hr dosing at night and finally I don't even have any...

So go as you feel comfortable...
