Ah yes, smoking, drinking and drugs, my three favorite vices that also helped push me towards adrenal fatigue.

Of the three, smoking was definitely the hardest habit to kick.

It does sound like you're making good progress over all. How's your hypoglycemia now? How often do you have to eat?
