So for the first two doses I take 1 TBSP in 3/4 cup X2 right??

Ok, yes this is what I thought. I was definably not thinking about limiting the first two doses. I'm a little confused by what you said about the third dose though. Did you say that for the third dose you took 2 TSP Epsom Salt and did not take a 4th dose at all? Thanks for the help telman!!
