Tobacco use? Alcohol? Life style considerations
I can only speak for myself, but I would suspect that it is a safe guess to say most of us did not get to this point having a history of good clean lifestyles.
Please tell the board here if you have had a history of tobacco or alcohol use, even if it was a long time ago. How about current use?
I drank and smoked in college and high school. Quit drinking 5 years ago, quit smoking 10 years ago. But I picked up spit tobacco to make possible the not smoking, have not been able to quit.
I have heard that the curing of tobacco involves both Sugar and the fermentation process. Also I have heard that 7 different kinds of fungus were found in Egyptian chewing tobacco. I have heard that un-cured tobacco leaves have been found NOT to cause cancer in animals. (I will quote my sources possibly when I get the chance).
Also when you drink beer you are getting a yeast culture. I guess if it’s pasteurized maybe not?? But you are getting a hefty dose of alcohol which is nothing more than a primary mycotoxin of the fermentation process. Most of us know that acetaldehyde is a primary mycotoxin of candida albicans. And that the liver converts acetaldehyde to alcohol.
I have noticed that those members of my family who are NOT alcoholics, are typically heavy tobacco users. I have also noticed that women in my family, who have never smoked or drank, are quite addicted to Sugar (noticeably more so than the smokers and drinkers).
My uncle has some degree of liver disease and has never smoked or drank, ever. His doctor asked him how much he drank and when he said that he was not a drinker, the doctor absolutely did not believe him, at all.
I have come to believe that typically early on in life, some sort of switch gets thrown in the wrong direction where we begin to crave toxicity. I heard it said a long time ago that we often crave what we are “allergic” to.
I have come to believe that smokers, drinkers and junk food junkies are all suffering from the same disease which is a horrible addiction to fungus-produced mycotoxins.
