On the contrary, I hear far more people talking about stones continuing to be expelled, even after 20 flushes plus.
And, my theory is that if bile and HCl production is deficient, the chemical reaction won't take place in the intestine. So it could in fact be a BAD sign not to get any stones. The 'stones', if they are in fact simply made in the intestine, could be a healthy reaction to what's ingested.
