Hi,
I am still only reading this forum, still too early to flush for me, but I have been drinking tea from dried chanca piedra leaves for three weeks now. Before that I have been doing a mastercleanse from Healthforce for 4 weeks in Juli/August.
I have noticed since then that my periods come almost un-notified. Normally I would get cramps already a week upfront, have a bad temper, real cravings for sweet etc etc. Now that symptoms are very very much less.
Today I know that I am due in a few days, but there is no bodily sign other then retaining a bit more water (feeling a bit puffy). I "blame" this on the chanca piedra that is cleaning my liver and making my hormone balance less shakier.
So I surely think that flushing would even more cleanout hormonal inbalances, which is what the birth control pill creates, to my opinion.
