I am still getting these "Sand Particles" They are brown flakes, and now smooched into a ball, since I am no longer taking ES - they don't Whooosh out. They sink, and are not uncomfortable to eliminate but just before I feel sick and nauseous.

Is this from Liver, from Gallbladder, from my intestines, from candida.

Also my ovaries hurt.
