Why not try other types of oil. I have tried olive oil and I have tried sunflower oil. Both have produced similar results.

Similar to others on this forum, I have MUCH health benefits that are attributable to LFs and other seemingly "unorthodox" health protocols...some know and believe in these methods while others do not...simple : ))
