I am sick of how much weight I keep gaining. I exercise daily, I watch my calories and eat healthy. In 4 months I have gained 20 lbs.
In the past 3 months I have improved greatly on others issues I had been experiencing such as adrenal fatigue, constipation, and horrible PMS, but not only can I not lose weight I can’t stop gaining it.
Currently I am taking the following daily:
Adrenal Tonic
Thyroid Tonic
Zinc
Chromium polynicotinate
Water kefir
Lecithin granules
Magnesium malate

Hveragerthi, do you have any ideas on why this is happening?
