follow with water enema to keep things moving out
I would a saline enema to you don't absorb too much
1 tbsp salt to 1 quart warm water 102 degrees

pysllium and Bentonite for other binders

are you doing water enemas before the coffee to prepare
I like to have things really clear before i do the CE
