Can anybody please remind me of some things to take/do when having a bad detox after a coffee enema. I took a bunch of magnesium last night. I feel like barfing and not getting oxygen. Very emotional and wanting to cry and feel helpless in a bad way I haven't felt in a while....
I have been running doctrine for weeks and yesterday whacked campylobacter. Thank you.
