Dr. Dennis,
I am an overweight middle aged female with mild to medium hypertension. I have recently lost 30 pounds and will
continue to diet until I have lost 30-40 more pounds. What natural (non-prescriptive) treatment should I take to
lower my blood pressure from 145/88 to a lower one? Also, what other recommendations would you suggest to help my overall health better?
