don't be surprised if u get more die off even months later,

be careful to not rush and introduce anything too strong, if turmeric works good increase it slowly week by week, cinnamon works great too.

good to see benefits, i too recovered very well after eating turmeric flavored foods every meal

i used to take a herbal turmeric like drink which really helped a lot

curcumin is major component of turmeric
