wow, this is such a great thread. i am so glad i came across it.
i am doing a raw honey fast and i am considering water only after 7 days of the honey. your messages really inspired me.
i ve done 2 14 day WF really long ago and just veggie juice ones lately.
i am attracted to raw honey and its healing powers so i just naturally started doing that.do you guys have any idea how long does it take for an autoimmune disease to reverse/heal.
i ve had reactive Arthritis for a year now. mostly from stress as far as i can tell.
thanks for any suggestions and encouragement.
The one thing that bothers me i sthat a 10-14 day fast will not be enough.
do you guys work while fasting?
