Sorry bout the confusion. I was following up from a previous thread. Being lazy.

So yeah, antifungals kill all yeasts. Brewer's yeast, Boulardi, Kefir.

Kefir's great once you're off antifungals, but kind of pointless while on them.

*Forgot to say, yeasts are fungi. "Fungal Form" is just slang for Mycelial form. So Candida is a fungus regardless of it's form.
