the liver is the body´s main detoxefier, anything that you can do to help the liver is good,

coffee enemas were used by dr, gerson to detox the liver and cure cancer,

but you need to get an ulstrasound to see if you have Gallstones and how ig they are if you do have them,

the next step would be to eat well, no sugar, little salt,

get the body strong enough to do a coffee enema,

make sure you study the coffee enema protocol first,

because it is very powerful,

you will release a lot of toxins and will need to take some chlorella half an hour before the enema to mop up the toxic waste and help expell it out of the colon,
