We shouldn't necessarily apply the experiences or abilities ("equality") of Jesus to us, but if our hearts and mind are focused on GOD instead of MAN (God knows who really is), then GOD in His own way and timing will make us spiritually perfect AS HE WISHES (His WILL/DESIRE). No matter what we ever hear or read from man, it is GOD'S desire/wishes (WILL) that we must seek (beyond ALL "commands" and LAWS).

It is an act of LOVE to be concerned about someone's WILL/desires (God is LOVE, the "GREATEST" of these, 1 Corin. 13:13, the LOVE CHAPTER).

Philemon 2:6
"though he was in the form of God, did not count EQUALITY with God a thing to be grasped".

Ephesians 5:17
"Therefore do not be foolish, but UNDERSTAND what the WILL of the Lord is".

Hebrews 5:8 and 9
"Although he was a Son, he learned obedience through what he suffered;...9..and being made perfect...".

Yes, you are being blessed with UNDERSTANDING (Proverbs "get UNDERSTANDING".

....because God KNOWS that you can "ENDURE"...

Matthew 10:22
"But he who endures to the end will be saved".

Matthew 24:13
"But he who endures to the end will be saved".

Mark 13:13
"and you will be hated by all for my name's sake. But he who endures to the end will be saved".

In the O.T., it was a LAW to obey COMMANDMENTS and RULES/"ordinances", but that law was abolished by Jesus so goodness and peace could come from the hearts and minds of a gentle soul...HOLY spirit.

Ephesians 2:15
"by abolishing in his flesh the law of commandments and ordinances...".

Now we must live under the PERFECT law (James 1:25 and 2:12).

We all have the 'seed of God' inside of us. In childhood, it is more obvious, but as we grow, the ideas, habits, and teachings of man obscure it and teach wickedness and/or simply bad habits. One of the worst is that we are taught that the nation of Israel is our spiritual heritage, but in The Lord, there are NO JEWS or NON-Jews (no Gentiles/greeks)....

Galatians 3:28
"There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female".........(and no gender,....spirits have no gender, we are INside Jesus's body as a NEW CREATION).

The Jews were baptised into MOSES, we are baptised into JESUS....

1 Corin. 10:2
"and all were baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea".

The Jews never had "REST" in Jesus (even though the works of Jesus were already done)...

Hebrews 4:3
"'They shall never enter my rest,'".....although his works were finished from the foundation of the world".

....WE ARE NOT JEWS/HEBREWS/ISRAELITES, we atre "TRUE worshippers" (John 4:23).

So as we realize that GOD is our true spiritual heritage instead of the nation of Israel, we will once again see that "seed" (the "anointing") and will be taught TRUTH by the "anointing" (and need no spiritual teacher)....

1 John 2:27
"but the anointing which you received from him abides in you, and you have no need that any one should teach you; as his anointing teaches you about everything, and is true, and is no lie..." (spiritual common sense is 'BUILT IN'....if we can LET it teach us instead of MAN).

The lesson/art of "ENDURANCE" serves US many purposes all throughout our walk with Jesus, we learn SORROW/"living water", not simple 'compassion"), we learn UNDERSTANDING and STEADFASTNESS.

John 7:38
"He who believes in me, as the scripture has said, 'Out of his heart shall flow rivers of living water.'"

......so that we "neither thirst" (Revelation 7:16).....(eating the bread of life is not enough to have "THE GUARANTEE")...

Ephesians 1:13 and 14
"sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, 14....which is the guarantee of our inheritance until we acquire possession of it".

God is teaching you a valuable lesson my friend (ONLY let GOD be your spiritual teacher, NOT MAN).

Embrace your journey and adventures with The Lord and never let them end (EVEN when you think God might be saying otherwise).
