Yes, the deep tissue ones hatch now since the top levels are gone. We\Doctrine can kill them there as well but its much more difficult to remove the debris.
Best is to allow the hatching, let them come closer to the surface then hit them one by one...something only the Doctrine can do...

I have tried it the other way around and used up half a bottle of Arginine and still had thigh pain...worse of course if any of the HSVs are uncovered as well since HSV feeds on Arginine.

As for bugs in raw milk, nothing can survive the enzymes in Raw milk. This is why they have to fortify the milk with pollutants and test within a few minutes of adding high doses of pathogens to the sample to get the result needed for Prison Planet...
