He wasn't kidding. I gained everything back plus half a pound.

I have to stay positive though. I hope my endometriosis is not progressing.

Will start another fast (for real this time!). A 10-14 day
fast. Then juice fast for 2 weeks. Whatever I need to
do. I'm devoting a whole month for this.
