I must admit my re-feeding was not as advised here, but I stuck to 800-900 calorie intake a day of mainly soups and vegetables and anything low-carb.

I now feel that my 7 day fast derailed my weight loss, although I did the fast for medical reasons.

How long does it take for my metabolism to normalize?
