The only time I've seen pure white areas in stools is after the person has had barium for a gut exam tho even that is often stained yellow or tan by bile. Large amounts of calcium compounds also would be white and calcium is present in bile. The small white stones I sometimes pass are white and float. Large amounts of diatomacous earth could look white. Cholesterol in the bile also comes out as translucent white crystals.
