Newport, you have a thymus stim frequency in your pinworm set which I've revised and now just have a dedicated "Thymus stim" set @ 50min. When I run it, it seems to improve my sleep which has been horrible for over a year now.

With no help from my muscle testing guy, my continued research has me thinking that my sleep problem is coming from my thyroid and adrenals, which I think are both hypo (due to mercury poisoning which was confirmed on a hair analysis). This is my best guess at this point to fix the sleep problem.

Do you have a thyroid stim and/or adrenal stim scriipt anywhere...maybe tucked away in another scriipt (like the pinworms scriipt containing the thymus stim)?

I also have ordered some thyroid and adrenal support supplements as I'm actively chelating Hg.
