I really appreciate your information. I am going to save up the money to buy the Sota units and stay on the Biogetica in the mean time. I'm really encouraged by all I have read including your posts. The diet restrictions aren't too different for the Beck protocol so I guess it'll be old hat.

I use to love nuts and chocolate...I've convinced myself that I don't like them anymore. Of course, I'm just scared of them! Once I get this under control I can't wait to eat a dark chocolate truffle... :)
...maybe have a cup of coffee...

Most of all, I can't wait to have my life back.
