No I don't, that's why I think the raw food diet is radical. Because in following it, I will be eating a lot of things which I have previously eliminated. I will be eating fruits and nuts. I'm also going to have some tofu and lots of seeds (like hemp seeds).

I'm so scared to try it because I haven't done well with fruits or even brown rice, but there is a post that claims it is not the fruit that harms you, but the rotting meal you ate recently made of animal proteins that combines with the fruit to cause problems.
