Well I've considered taking a whole bottle of lactoferrin, but with the niacinamide... not really a good idea, I've been doing 500mg every other day for about a couple weeks, and I must say that I feel pretty incredible, very good. That said, it hasn't been long and I've made a number of other changes also so who can say for sure what's made the difference. I plan on reporting back in a few weeks with my progress and exactly what I've been doing, because I've turned around so well. I'm trying not to get too excited, but I'll just say if I improve as much during the next 5 weeks, as I have in the last, I will be very happy, beyond happy.
