Hey thanks for the support. I think I'm going to try that Liver Flush via egg yolks. Seems alot easier than the other methods. I can't stand near the bathroom all day cause, everything I have either school or work, I never have a day off.

Do you think its a good idea to take a colon cleanser along when doing the Liver Flush egg yolk? I don't have an enema kit. I think I'd rather take some barefoot colon cleaner or something like that with the Liver Flush to help with the toxins moving. Do you think its a good idea?

And how many days in a row should I do the raw egg yolk?
