You use the garlic oil first to cure infection. Then use the b&b tincture and put cotton in ear. Do this for six days. Then on the seventh day squirt acv in the ear. I think the acv is just to clean it out. You keep doing this as long as it takes.

The link below is the most thorough explanation, I think. I just wanted to explain that the acv is not the part doing the healing, as I understand it. Be sure to read all of this. I may have gotten it wrong(my memory)
