Recently I read a lengthy discussion as to the effectiveness of doing a liver flush.

Having never done one (but considering) I too am somewhat hesitant.

My personal view on these kinds of things is in the end...
to BASE EVERYTHING ON RESULTS!!

So I would like to hear from anyone who has done a Liver Flush and HASN'T had any results. Either no stones passed.. or maybe stones passed but it did nothing for your overall health (didn't feel better, didn't help with a particular problem etc.)

In my opinion if you pass stones but it doesn't accomplish anything then whats the point. Also nothing wrong with alittle skeptism.

So I don't want to hear post about sucess stories, anyone out there consider a Liver Flush just a waste of time?
